Overnight oatsĀ are a quick and delicious breakfast that is perfect for those mornings when you just don't have time to (or don't want to) prepare breakfast. You can make this simple, nutritiousĀ recipe ahead of time and have your breakfast waitingĀ for you the next day! This recipe is customizable, packed full of nutrients, and each serving contains 14g of protein.Ā
Ingredients:
Ā½Ā cup old fashion oats
Ā¾ cup almond milk
2 tablespoons of Nanopro Vegan
Ā½Ā teaspoon vanilla extract
Ā¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Ā½ cup of fruit and/or nuts of choice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except fruit and nuts in a container with a sealing lid (a glass storage jar will work great!)
Place in the fridge overnight.
Remove from the fridge in the morning and stir well. You'll notice that the ingredients will have soaked up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add more almond milk.
Add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
