Any product purchased directly from Biopharma Scientific, may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, (excludes the price for shipping*)

Steps for returning your order:
- Please contact our customer service team at (877) 772-4362 or by e-mail at info@biopharmasci.com to receive
a RMA number; no returns will be accepted without one. - Please write the RMA number on your package and ship back to: 2575 Pioneer Ave #103 Vista, CA 92081
- After following the steps above and we have received your order back, please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund.
*If you order qualified for free shipping and after the return your order is under the amount for free shipping (less than $500), we will refund the product price minus the original cost of freight as the order no longer qualifies for free shipping.
Discrepancy with order:
Customers have 7 days from the date you accepted delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually received, damages due to shipping, and shipping error. Biopharma Scientific is not responsible for any of these problems after 7 calendar days.
