•2 cups sweet potato (about 1 large sweet potato, already baked and mashed with a fork)Â

•½ cup of cocoaÂ
•8 scoops nanopro Â
•¼ cup erythritolÂ
•¼ cup milkÂ
•1 tbsp vanillaÂ
•1 tsp sea saltÂ
•¼ cup coconut flourÂ
•2 eggs, lightly whiskedÂ
•1 tsp baking sodaÂ
•1 tsp apple cider vinegarÂ
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line an 8x10 baking pan with parchment paper, or lightly grease with coconut oil. Set aside.Â
2. In a large bowl, mix together sweet potato, butter, milk, vanilla, apple cider vinegar, and the eggs. Set aside.Â
3. In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Make sure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.Â
4. Add the dry mix to the wet ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Pour brownie batter into baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes.Â
