These pancakes are fluffy, delicious, and packed with flavor. Top them with whipped cream, cinnamon, or whatever you have around the kitchen!
• 1 scoop nanopro vanilla
• ½ cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• ½ cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 2 egg whites
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup oats
• ½ cup + 2 Tbs. water
• 3-5 packets Stevia
Combine and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Spoon about ÂĽ cup of batter per pancake onto griddle. Turn pancakes over when the tops are covered with bubbles and the edges looked cooked. Serve warm with a smile! Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, nuts, or yogurt!Â
