Banana Bread Made with Nanopro

This banana bread is fluffy, delicious, and packed with protein. Our Nanopro Vegan protein powder can be used in place of flour in a variety of different recipes making it a baking essential in the kitchen!


3 Bananas, mashed with a fork (the riper, the better) 

6 Eggs
12 scoops Nanopro Vegan 

¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted 

1 tbsp Vanilla 

½ cup Coconut Flour 

½ cup stevia in the raw 

1 tbsp Cinnamon 

1 tsp Baking Powder 

1 tsp Baking Soda 

2 tsp Salt 

2 tsp apple cider vinegar 

½ cup of water 


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, add bananas, eggs, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, water, and vanilla. Mix well. 

2) Add all dry ingredients. Blend into the wet mixture, scraping

 down the sides with a spatula. Distribute the batter evenly into 2 greased bread pans. 

3) Bake for 30-45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm or store in the 

refrigerator in a resealable bag.
