3 egg whites
2 scoops nanopro vegan
¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
Dash of stevia extract
Instructions
Crust: Put all crust ingredients in to a bowl and whisk together until well blended.
Heat a frying pan to med-high heat. Coat pan with butter or oil so the pancakes don’t stick to pan. Pour mix in pan into whatever size pancakes you want. Let cook for 60-90 seconds, then flip and let cook for another 60-90 seconds.
Remove from heat. Eat by themselves or add maple syrup, coconut butter, jam, etc. Enjoy!
