When we switched platforms, we sent out an email to all of our customers with a link to ACTIVATE your account. You will be prompted to set up a password and will be able to start placing online orders right away!
Orders placed Monday- Friday before 12pm PST will typically ship out the same day, orders placed after 12pm (PST) will typically ship out the following day, and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped out. Holidays and exclusions apply.

All our products are gluten free except Nanogreens. Nanogreens is our only product that contains traces of gluten from Organic Barley Grass. We are FDA gluten-free compliant, but we are not certified gluten-free since depending on the batch, Nanogreens contains trace amounts of gluten ranging from 7-12 ppm (parts per million).
All our products are made with organic ingredients, and we source everything that can be sourced organically. There are certain key ingredients that cannot be sourced organically at this time, so we source ingredients that are non-GMO, all natural and contain NO artificial ingredients or pesticides.
We recommend products be stored in the fridge after opening, but it is not required. The fridge is simply a reminder to take the product every day.

With each season’s harvest, the taste of the pure and natural ingredients will vary slightly. Be sure to give the canister a good shake before use and the product will dissolve as usual.
Each canister is measured by weight not volume. Rest assured; you are still receiving the full 30-day supply of the product.
Although the product will not harm you, we do not suggest taking the product after the expiration date. Over time, the nutritional value of the products starts to diminish.
Yes! All our products taste great by themselves, but mixing the products together makes them taste 100X better! Try mixing 1 scoop nanogreens + nanopro + nanomega = fruity pebbles!
The products are great any time of day. We love to take ours first thing in the morning to alkalize, energize, increase awesomeness, and give you what you need to take on the day!
We recommend children under 12 take half a serving! We always recommend consulting with your health care practitioner.
Yes! All our products are safe for pregnant and nursing mothers. The only product we recommend against is nanolean, because it has natural caffeine from green tea extract. We always recommend consulting with your health care practitioner.
Shipping & Returns
- we offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. The order total must be over $150 after any discounts are applied. Please note: the free shipping option can take anywhere from 3-18 business days to arrive.
- free shipping is on orders over $1,000. The order total must be over $1,000 after any discounts are applied.
Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping address and you will be able to select either standard shipping or an expedited shipping option.
We have a 30-day money back guarantee, and you can return your product for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase. Please give us a call at (877) 772-4362 and we will give you an RMA number to include with your return. Please note: the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Any BioPharma Scientific product, purchased directly from BioPharma Scientific, may be returned for any reason within 30 (thirty) days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, less shipping and handling charges.
Once we have received your product/order back, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
